From the 5th March, the DVSA will be able to issue fines to LGV drivers for offences falling within the previous 28 days. This will cover up to 5 separate offences up to a total of £1500. This will also effect the operators OCRS, as the traffic element is primarily effected by driver fixed penalties, with the potential to be reported to the Traffic Commissioner.
