It is essential that a company nominate a professional, experienced person to the post who has up to date legal and practical knowledge to undertake the duties. Holding the TM CPC qualification is the bare minimum in terms of accomplishment, the person undertaking the role should be competent in all aspects of risk management correct record keeping.

 

We always strictly adhere to the legislation governing transport managers, principally EU/1071/2009 & Statutory document No.3, and all nominated transport manager work is subject to a contract of engagement as per the Traffic Commissioner.
